As we all grow older and wiser,
We tend to forget all those that helped us
Through the thick and thin.
The people that cared enough to encourage
Us in our dreams and believe in us.
Telling us that we can do it,
When we think we cannot reach our dreams.
As you grow older and wiser,
You tend to think about yourself
Not caring for those who cared for you
Even though you forget them,
They will never leave you behind
For you, being on your own is something you
Wanted for a long time.
Ad I grow older and wiser,
I tend to forget to thank those whom I love
They will always be here for me
Even if I'm not there for them
In my heart, I will love you
And I will never forget what you have
Done in my life...Thank You
I Wish I Told You
Every time I see you,
All I want to do is say
What is on my mind.
But, I'm scared to speak my mind
What if you don't feel the same.
Every time i go to sleep,
All I can do is dream about
Us holding hands on the beach.
And, you telling me how
Much you love me.
Every time I walk by your house,
All I remember is saying good-bye to you
And I wish I told you how I felt
Because now your gone and
I will never know how you felt
About me...
Finding You
Why can't I find you,
Every time I think I've found you
I let you go away, like a butterfly.
Don't you know that I need you,
Why can't you tell me that you need me to
Cause when you don't say anything, how am I
Suppose to know that you love me the same
way I love you.
Whenever, I tell you that I love you
I mean it, And it comes from my heart.
Why can't I find you,
Is it because you're scared to tell me
That you are that person I've been looking for?
Can't you just show me who you are,
I need you right now, I need someone
Who will be there for me, no matter
What happens between is and the world.
Are you standing in front of me, because
We are so alike, I love the fact that
We are so perfect.
However, are you that person I'm trying to find?
Every Time
Every time I think of you, my heart starts to beat faster and I get butterflies in my stomach.
When I hear your voice my heart skips a beat and I just want to hear your voice till I fall asleep.
When I look into your eyes, all I can see is us walking toward the future together and you saying you live me and you will never leave my side.
Every time I hear your name, my heart know that you are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
When people say negative things about us, I tell them that we love each other and that's all that matters.
When people put our names together, it sounds so perfect and nothing else can be so perfect.
Every time we search for love, we do not realize that it is in front of us.
But when we do find that special person we tell them we love them, but what happened when we lose it?
" love isn't finding someone you can live with, its finding someone you can't live without." Unknown
Without You By My Side
Without you by my side,
My heart is empty
Even though were still friends
Not seeing you makes me cry.
I miss your smile, your hugs
When you're not beside me
I feel like I cannot take
Another step on this earth.
Without you by my side,
There is no reason to smile
Even though were still family
Not smiling at you makes me frown
I miss your laugh, your soft touch
When you're not walking behind me
I feel like I have no one
Encouraging me to reach my goals.
Without you by my side,
I know that you will always be here with me
Even though you're not here physically,
You will be with me spiritually
I miss having you around
Now I realize how valuable you are to me
I feel like, I never told you how I feel
Well...I love you and I wish I had told you.

review
Teen Vogue
Features Director: Eigh Belz.
Accessories Director:Taylor Tomasi
Teen Vogue is a fashion magazine for young teens. It also had other types of stories in it. It has a lot of fashion/make-up advertisments as well.
This magazine is good for young girls because it has a lot of good healthy food, make-up, boy related, clothing advice. They tell you whats good to wear, things that won't look sluty but still sexy in a sophistocated way. It shows you what kind of good make-up to use for girls, so you don't use cakey, thick, make-up that isn't good for your skin. It pretty much has a lot of good tips for girls and boys as well.
The magazine features actors, actresses, musicians that have some pretty good, true, honest, no fake-it gig talent so when young people read it they can be influenced by good people and not fake singers and actors with bad influences.
Teen vogue doesn't just have girly tips and advertisments in it, it also has holiday gift ideas, interesting stories to tell about things that have happened to people, they have prices you can win and contests you can enter. They tell you about interesting new up comming artists, and shows musicians/bands/solo artists are playing where and when.
Over all I think this magazine is cute, fun, and interesting to read. You learn some good tips about a little bit of everything. The cost is around $3-4.

The inside girl series.
The Inside Girl series is about a girl named Flan Flood and her time at her new school. She is about to attend her first year of highschool and she wants to try and start over, start new and meet new people, make new friends. She wants to live a normal teenage life because her brother and sister are popular known celebrities and the public eye, fancy get everything you want, fake friends life isn't impressing her anymore.
During her first year at her new normal public school, she meets two girls named Judith and Meridith. They all become best friends and get to know each other. They all have their ups and downs, but they always manage to get through it in the end. The series is basically about Flan's life after she moves to her new school, with her new friends, and boys of course, and some family problems too.
The book is an interesting, fun, girly, dramatic filled book. Once you start reading it, your egar to know what will happen next. I would recomend it to everyone, even if their taste in books isn't around girly books, I would still recomend this book just to try something new.
Movie review.
Directed by: Brian Gilbert
Released on: January 11th 1991.
On January 11th, people from all over the USA went to theatres to watch "Not without my daughter" and little did they know that this movie would change them forever.
Sally Feild plays wife Betty Mahmoody and husband Moody is played by Alfred Molina. Together they inspired many people to think differantly about where they travel, who they marry, and how to better choose your husband/wives.
Not without my daughter is about an American woman who is married to an Iranian man. They have been married for 7 years and have a little girl together named Mahtob. Moody ( The husband) decideds he wants to go back home to Iran to visit his family he has not seen for a long period of time and wants to bring his wife and little girl there as well to visit his family. Betty (Moody's wife) says she will go. Moody tells her they will only be there for two weeks and then they would head back home to America. But little did Betty know that Moody was planning to stay in Iran forever and that they would not be returning to America. Betty has no idea about her husbands controling plan, and is devistated when Moody tells her in their bedroom one late night.
Moody starts to change. He begins to beat his wife, and yell at his daughter. He becomes very violent physically, and emotionally hurtfull. Betty and her daughter have never seen this side of him before. As each day goes by, they get more scared and causious. Betty thinks that his family has a huge influence on him, not only with his new actions tawards Betty but the idea of actually living in Iran.
After the shock of realizing Moody had lied to her and that she might not return to America, Betty starts talking to other people over the period of two years. She trys very hard to plan a trip for her daughter and her to go back to America without her husband finding out.
Two years later, on a regular day in the evening, Betty lets Moody's family know that she is going out with Matob ( her daughter) to the market to get some gifts for her father because he is sick and Moody said Betty could go visit him in America but without their daughter. So Betty pretends she is going out to the market to get her father some gifts from Iran. As their in the market Betty and her daughter begin their journey back to America with the help of many kind and couragous people.
After a number of days Betty and Matob finally return to their beloved country, America. As Betty and her daughter walk on the grounds of the USA, Betty says to her daughter " Were home, were home" And the movie ends with an amazing feeling in the audiences hearts. The feeling of being thankful for being able to live in such a free, non-judgemental society. A land where no fear is brough upon people.
I would deffinatly recomend this movie to everybody! It will change the way you look at traveling again, and who you marry, etc etc. This movie is very inspirational in many ways. It leaves you feeling so very thankful to be in the home and country you are in right now. All around 10/10.

conversations with...
Katherine: “Hey Usher, I’m like your biggest fan! My name is Katherine”
Usher: “Hi Katherine!” (Smile and gives Katherine a hug) “So how did you like my dance number? I think I messed up on my jump.”
Katherine: “No your dance number was great, it was one of the best compared to the other celebrities that were dancing. I was waiting for you to come out. Did you hear me screaming very loud?”
Usher: “That was you screaming. I was looking for that person so I could bring them onto the stage with me. Where were you sitting?”
Katherine: “I was sitting near the middle, seat 56B. Were you looking for me, because I saw you looking confused on the stage? “
Usher: (Usher and Katherine started to laugh) “You’re so cute. I was not confused. It was all part of my number you know. Anyways you say you’re one of my biggest fans.”
Katherine: “Yes I am, I have all of your albums and I listen to all of your songs many times.”
Usher: “That is so cool. Like I never had a calm fan come up to me and talk to me like how you are talking to me. Weren’t you nervous to come and talk to me?”
Katherine: “Well I was at first, and then I decided what could happen if I go up to you and start talking to you. And now look were having a conversation. I feel special for being that fan that has the courage to talk to a famous person like you.”
Usher: “I am very sorry but I have to go, Nice talking to you Katherine. Here are some tickets to my next show.”
Usher gives Katherine the tickets, a hug and a kiss and leaves.
Conversation with Chris Bosh:
Bosh: “I want you to hold the ball over your head.”
Katherine: “Like this”
Bosh: “Yeah like that. Now I want you to try throwing the ball without moving your elbows.”
Katherine “That’s hard, because you need to move your elbows to throw the ball. You’re so funny, that’s impossible to do, let’s see you do it.”
Boss: “Well it is hard, I just wanted to see if you would try it. So how are you enjoying this date with me so far?”
Katherine: “I’m enjoying it, especially playing ball with you. I always wanted to play ball with you, and now look my dream came true.”
Boss: (Chris Bosh smiles) “I’m glad that you are enjoying this. Guess where I’m taking you after our game is done.”
Katherine: “Let me guess, out to dinner.”
Bosh: “Nope, I heard you like to swim so let’s so swimming.”
Katherine: “Cool, but there’s one problem. I don’t have my swimming suit.”
Bosh: “Don’t worry Katherine; we’ll stop at a store so you can get one. I kind of figured that you wouldn’t have brought one.”
Katherine: “You’re so funny. Thank you.”

internal monologue
Audience: Parents who want to abandon their baby because of various reasons.
Purpose: The purpose of this internal monologue is to create an insight into the mind of a baby. Not all babies are treated the same and have a home to live in.
As I lay here looking at the sky, I wonder why no one has come to take me home. First of all who would leave a beautiful adorable innocent baby on this porch its cold out here. Am I really that ugly and annoying, wow I never knew people out there have no hearts. Can someone help me, I want to go home where ever that is.
Why am I dressed like this? What am I suppose to be? I feel so cold and lonely, I have no one here to take care of me. I guess I'll slowly die like a rose that hasn't been watered. I think I'm here because I did something terrible and my parents do not want me anymore. No that can't be it. What could an innocent baby like me do to be kicked out of the house.
I wish that I could switch shoes with those who abandon innocent babies and leave them to suffer out in the cold. If a parent wished not to keep their baby, there are many other ways to giving your baby away. Like through a adoption agency, or even before having the child you as a parent could get an abortion.
I wish parents would not throw away their child and treat us like were garbage. Were all gifts from God and we should have an equal chance like you to grow up and have fun in out life's. Not living this nightmare if growing up on the streets or even dying. So, Next time you are thinking of throwing another one of me out, think twice before you act.
How Much I Love You
Audience: Teenage Boys who are scared to tell their father's that they love them.
Purpose: The purpose of this internal monologue is to show young adult males that it is alright to express what is in your heart.
As I stand here behind my dad, I am scared to tell him that I miss hanging out with him. Even though I'm a young adult I would still love to have that one on one time we used to have when I was younger. Wow it is so hard to tell him how I feel, because every time I try to tell him what is on my mind,he always pushes me away. Just because I'm not your little boy any more it doesn't mean that you can push me away. Today is my chance to tell him what is on my mind, even if you do not listen to what I have to say, I think you will have to stay and hear me out.
I never told anyone how I feel about my dad, there has to be another way to tell him. Oh well I guess I have to say it now before it is to late. I already lost my mom and I just wish she was here to help me with this problem I am having. She was always here for me even when I wasn't there for her. Mom I'm doing this for you and me. Here it goes. "DAD..."

NewsPaper report
Lisa bought Maybelline mascara the other day, she said it was the best mascara she has used in a while. She now uses it almost everyday.
Lisa's lashes are short, and the mascaras she has used in the past have not worked all that well for her. So she decided to try the more expensive stuff for once. She said it separates her lashes nicely, and likes the dark black colour of the mascara, and also they make her lashes a bit longer than they really are. She uses it all the time now and has no problems.
Lisa's friends and family also noticed a big difference in her lashes, they liked the length of them and how exsentuated they were.
"Her lashes are much more darker and longer with the new mascara she is using. I like them better now, they bring out the beauty in her eyes!" Lura,Lisa's best friend stated.
"I even wanted to give the Maybelline mascara a try, I have the same type of lashes Lisa does, short! I like it as well, I think I'm probably going to use it a lot from now on" Exclaims Lisa's aunt.
Maybelline mascara brings out the natural beauty in your eyes, it doesn't clump, and extendes the length of your lashes. It's deffinatly worth your money, because your happy with the product and it lasts a while too. At the end of the day Lisa was happy with the purchase of Maybelline mascara.
The perfect fit.
Patricia got a new sweater for the fall, it's purple and it is really comfortable. It also fits her so well, it hugs her nice and tight. She got it from Jacob Connection for teens.
Last night Patricia asked her dad if he could take her out to the closest mall and let her buy a fall sweater. He said okay, and so they went out to the mall, and Patricia started looking in Jacob Connection first, because after all, it is one of her favourite stores. She saw the beaming purple sweater, and just had to try it on. After 10 minutes, she asked her dad if she could buy it, and he said sure.
She got home and tryed it on again, because she loved it so much, she said it fit her so nice, huged her well, and it looked pretty too! She has always had trouble with finding a nice simple fall sweater, that fit right, but now, her problem was solved!
"It actually looks really nice on her, it looks like it's very comfortable too!" Said a friend of Patricia's.
"Working here has been really nice, I get discounts on a lot of great stuff, and the clothes here are comfortable, and long lasting. That's why I wanted to work at Jacob Connection, because of all the positive aspects of working here. I love it!" Explained one of the sales people working at Jacob Connection.
New fall clothes are now on sale at Jacob. They fit you right, look great, and the styles are modern, yet classic and pretty. Your garinteed to get positive feedback on your purchases from Jacob Connection.
Thank God For Shampoo!
Mariella woke up one morning and noticed her hair was not so flat and bead head like like it usually was. She brushed her hair and saw that is was glowing with volume and shine. It smelt nice and felt great too.
"That Aussie shampoo really works!" she announced.
Last night Mariella washed her hair with the new Aussie shampoo her mother bought for her. She decided to try something new, since the other brands of shampoo were not really working for her. So after her shower, she towel dryed her hair, combed it, then left it for a couple minutes. Five minutes later she started to blow dry her hair on medium heat. After she was done, she combed it again, and then noticed the excellent difference in her hair. The shampoo brought out everything good in her hair: shine, softness, and of course beautiful lasting volume.
The next morning, she woke up and noticed her hair was still pretty, and it smelt amazing as well. Shine, volume, and bounce! She combed her hair, and was ready for school, no need to straghten it, no hassle here.
When she got to school, whoever she gave a hug to, they all said her hair smelt good and it looked different, but nice as well.
" I gave her a hug one morning, and I was like intoxicated with this awesome smelling hair, honestly i've never smelt hair better than hers, I asked her what she was doing to it, and she said that she just changed her shampoo! Can a shampoo really do all that to your hair!?" Beamed Claire, a friend of Mariella's.
" I saw the extreem difference in my daughters hair the next day, and I was like Mariella, this is your new shampoo, and your sticking with it!" Mariella's mother proudly said.
The new Aussie shampoos and conditioners, you'll notice a huge difference in your hair's texture the next day, and no more extreem bead head. They smell great, and don't dry out your hair.

dream and dreaming
Every time I fall asleep,
I dream about us
Walking together side by, side
Looking into each others eyes
And seeing how much we love each other.
Whenever, I glaze into those eyes,
It seems like we were meant to be,
Even if you do not believe it, I do because I love you.
When I wake up from dreaming about you,
I wonder if you will ever love me like you do in my dreams.
Every day, I wonder why my dreams cannot become reality
No matter how hard I try, you always say no to me.
I know that deep in your heart, you’re dreaming about us together again.
But, I guess I have to stop dreaming about us and move on with my life.
I just want you to know I’ll always be here for you.

Observation 1- Hard Day.
She was heading home, because of the phone call and the bags of groceries. As the bus was about to stop, she grabbed all her belongings, however it seemed like she was having a hard time holding the bus. As she thanked the bus driver she got off and headed towards the sidewalk. It seemed like she was happy to go to a place where she could relax and be with people that she loved.
Observation #2
I think her name is Tiffany, because her friend beside her has been calling her Tiff for short. Tiffany has short brown hair, soft and straight. And I'm pretty sure she does to a Catholic school, from the uniform and religious books in her arms. A simple blue ribon in her hair, with a bow on the top, keeps her hair back from being in her face, and allows her bangs to stand out more, and not just blend in with the rest of her hair. Knee high socks, a white shirt and a blue tie, she looks like the kind of girl that follows all the rules in school and at home. Her friend is sort of the same type of person as her, but a bit rebelious, which makes me wonder, if her friends are more on the rebelious side because she wishes she could also rebell from the normal ways of things, and rules her parents and teachers give her. Being carful with her words, keeps her in the middle lane in life, not breaking any rules or being too risky, and not too sharp that life seems a great bore.
They get off the subway, and start to walk down to the next set of escalators. They start walking up, and then Tiffany realizes an old lady wants to get on the escalador, but too many people are shoving her out of the way, so Tiffany moves aside, and lets the old lady get on infront of her, and with a thank you, Tiffany smiles as if she just made the world a much better place, and she is one step closer to world peace.
Tiffany looks like a happy girl, but has the same worries and problems like any other girl. She seems worried because Tiffany is always looking at the clock on the subway television screen. She also seems like a hard working student because of her school bag looking heavy and all the text books that she is holding.
As their next subway comes, they get up fast and stand near the door so they can get a good seat on the subway. Walking away, Tiff looks happy knowing she is just that much closer to being on time for school.
Observation #3-A Person who is Ruining his lungs.
Walking out of my building, I noticed a young man, in his late 20's, sitting on the curb smoking weed. And it just pops in my head, that I have seen this man before, always there, sitting, smoking, so relaxed, enjoying life by the moment, not worrying about anything. So I slowly start to walk away, as he suddenly says hi to me. I say hi back and smile awkwardly, because the look he gives me seems a bit wrong, but maybe because he may be high. His hair is dark and messy, with plain clothes on. His face is pale looking and tired. I know he lives around my area because of the fact that he is always here smoking, for some peace and quiet, to get away from it all. We don't say much to each other, but I can tell he is the kind of person that takes life by each moment, not too many worries. But at the same time, he seems nice, like he has potential to be a nice genuine guy.
I walk back home from Tim's, and as soon as I get back to my building he is still there, sitting, but just about finished his smoke. I get a big wif of weed, and scrunch up my face, turning my head so he wont see the reaction on my face. But he saw my face, and he looked at me for a second and kind of smiled, then says nicely, "Oh sorry, I can tell the smoke is bothering you, here i'm done, i'm leavin now, you don't have to worry." And then I tell him it's okay and that i'll be going in now, and I smile and walk inside.

Diary
February17 2009
Dear Diary,
With every step you take of me, I feel like you are making my soul die. Don't you get it I'm not the only thing you can wear, you have so many shoes to wear, and why do you pick me? Today was the worst out of any other day, you wore me in the mud and I was getting dirty. And when we got home did you wash me? NO. You threw me like I was garbage; well I think I’m worth more than garbage. Yeah you bought me like two years ago however I’m still as good as I was when you bought me. I don’t think we belong together because, if shoes are not important to you and you can’t take care of me, I think you should give me up instead of throwing me around like I am nothing.
February 18 2009
Dear Diary,
Today was a horrible day for me. It was snowing outside and instead of my owner wearing her boots; she chose to wear me in the snow. Now look at me, I’m all wet and smelly not like I was ever clean. Why don’t you take care of me, I always look at my friends and wonder why I can’t be with them, instead I’m with you. You are a person who does not care about how I feel, however I care about you. I am the person who is keeping your feet warm and dry, whereas in return you treat me like I am nobody when I am someone. I do not understand why you treat me like this and not you’re other shoes. Are they better looking than I am, or do they give you more comfort then I do? I am wondering why every day, why the Shoe God sent me to you, is there a purpose that I am with you? I think it is to show you that you cannot always think about yourself, and that you have to start thinking about others.
My footwear friends do not know how I feel, because their master’s know how to treat them well. Therefore, whenever I want to talk to them about my problems, they block me and I am tuned out. Now I feel like tearing myself apart so that my governor can throw me out. That would make me very happy because, then I can meet my parents in Shoe Heaven. I just hope that is what she does. I cannot take this bruising anymore.

Tamils are Not Tigers
This conversation that the group was having about war made me think about what each person was saying because, I did not realize that most people have different opinions about Tamil people and how we are terrorists when we are not. However mant people have different point of views about terrorist.
Doing Laundry at Tim Horton's???
Many mother and daughters come to coffee shops together to talk about how their day went, and this mother and daughter couple came into Tim Horton's to talk about doing the laundry. Well at least they were not talking about marriage and trying to get the daughter married to person that she(daughter) did not know about. So I guess people come to Tim Horton's to talk about anything like laundry.
Small Boobs or Big Boobs
When I heard that I was shocked. Why would a fifteen year old be worrying about how big their breast's are. They should be worrying about their education and their family. The answer to that question was "Well...umm... your breasts are a bit to small. They should be a size C and not a B" That answer was very ungenerous because, that friend that answered the question had very large mammary glans and she was very "proud" of them.
Many peoples chest grow at different rates and that girl had no right to tell her that she needs breast implants because her breast might grow larger as she grows older, and the breast implants may cause her difficulties in the future. - February.10.2009
