Doing Laundry at Tim Horton's???

As I was with my mom at Tim Horton's drinking our French Vanilla, I was eavesdropping on a mother daughter conversation they were talking about who would do the laundry when they got home. My mom and I stated to laugh at that discussion in the view of the fact that they were so serious and extremely engaged to who would be doing laundry on Thursday night.
Many mother and daughters come to coffee shops together to talk about how their day went, and this mother and daughter couple came into Tim Horton's to talk about doing the laundry. Well at least they were not talking about marriage and trying to get the daughter married to person that she(daughter) did not know about. So I guess people come to Tim Horton's to talk about anything like laundry.
